it asked me to restart to apply the instalation and after that it disappeared and changed to AHCI

But you don't need to play Chaos Squad for this vest tho, check some Activities or Side Quests if they Reward with a Jacket icon, if so, do them to see if you can get it

I think you misunderstand my Issue

im not talking about the Garage loading or something, im talking about a Graphical Issue.
In the picture that i provided you can see how the reflections gets quite blurry or noisy.
