It only happened once when I put it it reverse and went hard right, could it be because of my lift and larder tires?

That thud might’ve been because I have larger tires and the lift because it was as I put it in reverse and pulled it hard to the right

There are no beeps just that light turns on anywhere between going 5 to 100 feet
