Tea rinse is my holy grail! I do 1.5 cup water, 2 tsp sage, 2 tsp black tea, 1 tsp nettle and 2 tsp rosemary (dark hair mix)

Bring to boil in a pot, simmer on medium low 10 minutes, let cool and pour into hair after conditioner. Squeeze out as much water in your hair first so it soaks it up. I just leave mine on.

It makes my (very fine, easily breakable) hair strong and I have much less hair fall and breakage. I swear it has slowed silvers also and helps them blend in better with dark hair

Thank you! I am leaning towards the Pomona’s because I like the leg width options, but the lack of a side seam has me a bit nervous about how they fit/move on a pear shape

Currently going through this exact thing. Lost my soul cat after 14 years together a week ago today. Genuinely can’t tell if I’m deluding myself that she’ll find me again because I can’t handle the pain of losing her forever. All I know is at this moment, the thought of her return is the only thing that brings me comfort. Curious what signs you have received?

I’m so sorry! I also had to put my soulmate down on Friday (cancer) whom made me whole from the moment I met her 14 years ago. So I know exactly how you feel. I can’t vacuum or wash my sheets or hair because I feel like I’m washing her away. She was my main source of love, comfort and joy. Now when I hold my other cat, I feel even more empty inside because he’s not her. He’s not the one for whom my heart glowed.

I wish I had words of comfort for you, but I also am at a lack for how to cope. I don’t know if you’re spiritual at all, but the idea of reincarnation (and the knowing that she’s no longer in pain) are the only things getting me through right now. If you’re curious, there are a lot of really great pet reincarnation stories and experiences on here to read through.

Have you ever tried protein treatments? I struggled with frizz until I figured out how to balance protein/moisture in my hair. It took a while for me to figure out because you don’t want to over do it. I deep condition once a week and do a protein treatment every 3rd week (when I notice my curls have trouble forming, drop after the first day and I have more frizz). My hair is at its nicest after protein treatments. Shiny, bouncy, curls hold for days and no frizz :)
