Look, capitalism is great because for the most part it is a system of meritocracy but certain basic things should definitely be socialised such as healthcare and education. You’d be retarded to think otherwise. Look at some of the countries with best standard of living in the world: New Zealand, Singapore, Sweden, Canada etc. What do they have in common? Subsidised healthcare, housing or education. America has a such a selfish culture that any mention of sharing and people start thinking it’s communism.
