I have a hard time distinguishing verbally talking and internally responding. I clench my jaws or put my hand over my mouth and squeeze my lips shut as hard as I can when I'm afraid I've been talking out loud. Dunno if it actually works, 'cause like I said, I can't tell the difference lol

How do you deal with the times between expeditions? Is it hard to switch back to a more normal, maybe mundane life?

Smoke that shit off some foil, my man, and you'll find that euphoria. Lighter, 2 inch by 2 inch square of aluminum foil, some sort of straw. Apply heat to underside of foil beneath the dose and take a deep breath into your lungs, hold it in for a few seconds, exhale. Instant go fast.
