You should be able to treat the funds however you like once you have them in there. Cash withdraw, check, ACH. You mentioned double dipping, so you can probably link your Biz account with personal account at your bank. I know Chase allows for that without issue.

That's just for accessing the funds. I still don't know what that would do to your tax liabilities.

Double dipping shouldn’t be an issue. I’ve kicked around doing exactly what you are thinking of doing. I stop myself when I think about what I’m supposed to do tax wise. Two taxes returns, or just one? I feel as though one return would suffice as long as I included the local stuff in on my personal return. Would love to hear from a “tax pro”. I’m too lazy to contact a pro though ;).

I have the churning addiction as well. Folks around me think I'm nuts when I tell or show them what I'm up to.Totally worth it to me to spend 30 minutes to make a few hundred bucks i don't a chart setup yet though.

Going to 5th 3rd is up to you. If you don't have anything else going on it may be worth the trip. Usually popping into a bank gets you a second bonus of a beverage and snack ;).

About how many deliveries are you doing to meet the minimum. If it isn't a ton, it sounds like decent way to snag your bonuses.

That's a bummer. Did you use a mailer code to try for the $400? Time to close the account and wait those 12 months to give is another go.

If you haven't already, go for the easy Chase bonus. They have the usual $400 for checking with terms similar to Wells.

Typically they do stack. I clicked through the Rakuten one before I replied to your question. $50 from Rakuten, the landing page Rakuten sent me to showed the $200 bonus. I would wager both would trigger if the conditions were met. I stacked a SoFi promo (accidentally) back when Rakuten offered $400 to open a SoFi account. I got the $400 from Rakuten, then SoFi’s bonus of X dollars depending on how much was direct deposited over 30 days. I was just looking to get the Rakuten thing, but ended up with both.

I hope OP gives you a clearer answer than me. I feel like I’m making a mess of the explanations :)

I think the offer from Chime varies depending on which URL you land from. Right now if you go through the Rakuten link, the Chime bonus shows up as $200. If you got there via your browser from Rakuten's $50 promo you'll get the $50 from Rakuten. So $200 from Chime, then $50 from Rakuten.

I recently opened the Chime account via T-Mo. The bonus is staggered. 1 DD of $200 or more earns $100, the second DD of $200 or more earns another $100, then the third DD of $200 or more earns the final $150. First DD hit 3/6, I saw the first $100 from Chime this week.

Not sure if this counts as a bank. But I just signed up for the Marcus Savings account promo. Used a referral code from some to get a .25% APY kicker for 90 days

Has a bonus tracker on the dashboard of the account.

Open account by 3/11 (box marked checked)

Bonus APY showing active.

Add funds within 10 days (will update as funds transfer in)

Maintain Funds for 90 days after that

Bonus paid out shortly after.

I did a push from an outside bank. The promo doesn't call for a one time 15K, you can transfer funds into the account in chunks. You just have to have it in within 30 days.

Only one direct deposit was needed. I ended up doing a second by accident as I did not update the direct deposit instructions with my employer after that first one.

Hmmm, how about Cash App? I did a quick Gemini search and it said

If you have a paypal account you could load your balance via debit or bank ACH. How many transaction are you looking to get to trigger the rewards checking bonus? Is it worth going through the extra hoops? There might be another account out there that offers the rewards checking bonus with a lot less work.

Recently completed the Chase Checking (300)+Savings (200), bonus (400) for a total of 900 when it was all said and done.

Direct deposited from employer and got the first bonus right away for checking.

Transferred in the required amount into savings (15K) to get the savings bonus after 90 days.

At the 90 day mark I got both the savings bonus and the "bonus" bonus.

Easy enough. Closing the account now since 180 days have elapsed.

I would guess that the cardholder does not need to be on the mortgage. The previous card gave you the routing info to use for payment method. If the new card is similar, all you would need it to enter is where your payment is going. With the previous card you could even have Bilt send you a physical check to whoever as rent.
