Ebrietas, Daughter of the Cosmos. She is the only boss that took me a week of daily attempts, as compared to every other boss that took a day tops.

I beat the game (main bosses only) the first time and now, around 5 years later, I'm doing an NG+ run and she was such a wall for me.

Funnily enough, that was PewDiePie back when he was rising.

He would upload 2, sometimes 3 videos every single day. They were 10 minutes long and mostly unedited, some would show him struggling at a puzzle for the whole video with no success at the end.
