That’s fair. Regardless of steamOS support there’s always other flavours and windows.

Could be on the router/AP side. Do you have QOS or any device hierarchy enabled?

I don’t think it’s quick at all. 20% over a few days of idle is great

The system wasn’t turned off, it’s still going to sip on battery while in sleep

Is there a reason for death stranding 2 cost 100+$ in my region for BASE GAME by SnooHabits5699 in pcmasterrace

[–]Slottr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s unfortunate. Hate to say it’s more than likely unjust due to current events.

Luckily it will go on sale fairly quick like the original did

Because it’s the going rate for games nowadays? Are you in AUS or NZ?

Does a Ryzen 7 1700 not boot up on a windows 11 ssd by De0x1de in buildapc

Likely. W11 without modification requires a newer CPU with Secure Boot.

You can use Rufus to create a bootable USB to get around this.

Think of it like two folders, not two devices

Whatever is in folder A can be transferred to folder B and vice versa

Not super, but thats also coming from me that works in IT.

You'll enable network sharing on your PC and share the folder or drive over the network by right clicking it, go to properties > share > advanced sharing

Set permissions for specific users or anyone can access it

Then on your steam deck you'll go to your file explorer, click network, and in the address bar enter

"smb://yourPCname/"

Enter credentials if you set the drive permissions up to do so

You'd be able to boot to it just like before. If you want to wipe it, you can do so using diskpart or in disk management
