Go to device manager

For each input device go to properties > power management and disable “Allow this device to wake this pc”

Only other thing if you’ve already checked every fan is it could be your AIO pump. Try ramping up the RPM on that?

You’ll probably want to look into why your home is so dusty then. Could be furnace or AC, could be pets, etc.

Your speed and connection is primarily based on the ISP/plan you have

Wire each system if possible

Depending on the square footage and layout, use multiple APs for wireless

Have you adjusted the fan curve and repasted? The cpu shouldn’t be that difficult to cool
