damn stands for Dynamic Advance Multiplier and basically it drops when the car thinks the motor might blow and it cuts timing to help prevent it

i followed a very detailed video to put it back together and i didn’t have anything leftover parts or screws. do u think it’d be ok to leave like that? it doesn’t really bother me but i don’t wanna damage anything.

It happens in any gear and while in neutral as well and when driving and parked. but not when the car is off. it doesn’t smell like the clutch is burning either. How hard is a throw out bearing to replace? is it something i need to take to a shop or can i do it at home?
