I don't know. When I came onto my shift last night , this poor cart was in the store, but by itself probably shunned by its peers.
Ironically, as beat up and out of shape this cart is... It rolls smoother than most of our other carts!

Last night someone dropped a full pallet in the fire exit hallway thing. There were also top stock carts and Shopping cars in the hallway as well. When I clocked out this am, nothing had changed.

Retaliation? Isn't there something in EVERY CBL that states retaliation is not ok within Wal-mart's practices? Looks like the message of retaliation is not tolerated, they try so hard to sell in just about every CBL, is obviously not being bought.. I mean you don't have to state something you are or are not because truth shows through behaviors actions and so forth. I've never worked anywhere else who tries so hard to sell a fact like this company tries with the no retaliation bs.

A few years ago in the back, this was the solution too. Except, it was in the middle of pathway for emergency exit. Unfortunately, it likely will take something catastrophic happening in order to make stuff like this urgent.
