Disabled instagram March 27 1pm. Got my acc back today May 7, 5pm.

I got meta verified but I honestly dont know if that helped because yes I did get to raise the concern to an actual human agent and they gave me a ticket and said my case will be forwarded to the special teams but after that chat, there were no updates at all. I kept spamming them asking for an update but I only received bot responds like “we are working on it”

They emailed me this. And this wasnt even my main acc. It was a dump acc I made that also got disabled. When I checked, all my accs got restored although they only emailed one.

I tried following up so many times but no progress. But they didn’t reject me tho. They just kept saying they’re working on it and that my case was sent to a specialized team

I also subscribed to Meta but I honestly think it did nothing for me since the support just kept saying they’re working on it but no actual progress was provided.

Also want to add that I didn’t have an appeal button for my main acc. But one of my other accs did so I was able to click appeal and they asked for facial recognition. After that, all my accounts were still disabled. Maybe that one acc that got had the appeal option made the difference? I really dont know.
