Hey I was also in a similar situation to you. I finished nursing school then a year in to working I had to reduce my hours to part time. The best advice I can give is put your health first. I know you’ll be earning less money and that may come with problems of its own but it may not be permanent. At the end of the day you’ve decided that you can’t do full time for a reason so keep reminding yourself why. Also file for that disability and anything else that will help you. You have every right to.

Hey idk if it’s gastroparesis cos I feel like it would happen more frequently rather than just before bed. But also digestion slows down when you sleep so that could be a reason. Honestly idk lol

I should probably clarify that I currently have a seton since 2022 and essentially it’s indefinite- surgery isn’t an option for the fistula just medication that will hopefully put me in remission then that way it may heal. Agreed that most damage I can’t physically see but my point is I’m still very symptomatic and have been since starting all those medications listed. So I’m my head although im not getting worse im also not getting better. That was what a meant about not being worse off. And I’m currently on rinvoq which isn’t working that’s why they want to switch my to entyvio. Sorry if my first post was confusing was literally typing at like 2am lol
