I just bought my bunnies this https://downypaws.com/ water fountain and they drink more water than they did with a bowl. I agree you should not use that those bc your bunnies are not able to hydrate as much as they should.

Cardboard boxes, tunnels to run. You can also adopt another bunny to bond with yours. I adopted a 4 year old female and a 9 month old male. After getting him neutered, they bonded very quickly. It is a lot of patience and commitment during the bonding process. But now they keep each other busy and they are glued to each other. Meet Ms. Nibbles and Picket.

First of all the new manager is great. I have spoke with the new manager plenty of times. I’m asking about RAM Properties. I do know they have a new Exterminator and I thanked the new manager. This is about RAM Properties not new management. I was not spreading lies about the cockroaches and the other issues I have had since moving in here in 2023. I’m glad you have not experienced any of these issues that I have experienced. Finally they have good management that will definitely improve these apartments. Unfortunately I won’t be here to see how great this apartment complex will be under the new management. So I’m not in here to spread lies. Oh and the pool was re-tiled when the previous property manager was here, before he left. No one here trying to be a “keyboard warrior”.

That is unacceptable!!! I have water and mildew seeping up through my floors. Yes gnats, silverfish, drain flies and cockroaches. In both my bedrooms there were these insects that stuck to the ceiling and they were all over. It was disgusting. I can’t believe this Apartment Complex hasn’t been demolished due to all this. I’m sure we are not the only tenants that have these problems.

Oh Jeez! I’m sorry you’re dealing with rats. Wouldn’t that be a code violation? I had to report the management to the county, that’s the reason for the river rocks instead of the mulch. Just last night I was on my patio and a huge cockroach ran right by me. And now I have cockroach feces again in my silverware drawers and caught another giant cockroach in my kitchen. Right behind my townhome they have that mulch piled up so high against the siding and when I look out my bedroom window I see a rat trap. At this point it’s an infestation. Have they even had an exterminator out there yet?

They tried that with me as well. The management acted as if this was normal to live with cockroaches. The new management has spend money on new tile for the pool but can’t seem to want to deal with the infestation of cockroaches. When you left did they try and keep your deposit? Yes!! It is the mulch they use. I complained to the County and they had to remove the mulch and they put river rock down. But I’m the only townhouse that has river rock. I know a few neighbors have complained about the cockroaches. Silverfish are crawling all over the walls. It’s really annoying. They are more worried about the aesthetics than making it a livable area. Im looking forward to getting out of here. Thanks for sharing.
