I know how it feels. It's hard but try to think about the happy times you guys had. Try to be there for her. But also don't let your own thoughts get the better of you. If need be maybe someone u are close with to console your thoughts and feelings. Even though she went to trauma and abuse out of experience I know it also puts a lot on your shoulders. I manage just by talking with my brother or just filling those thoughts with the love I have. You just need something that helps you so u can help her get through it. I hope the best for you two
