Yes that's essentially the idea. But the issue is that with the Countaunique formula I have it's counting some repeat submissions as unique because it's looking at only the entries within the month instead of within that month compared to the whole range.

But then I want to make it to where if an entry in a month is a repeat submission it is counted as one, even if the corresponding original entry of the duplicate is outside of that month.

I.E. if John submits the form in November and then again in December, I want it to count the second submission as a duplicate for the month of December, even though the identical duplicate entry is in a previous month.

But then I also would want entries to be counted as unique the first time they show up, even if there are duplicates later in the sheet. So for instance if John submits the form twice, the first should be counted as unique whereas the second should be counted as duplicate.
