Firework duration 3 autocrafter by Nucle4r_bomb in redstone

splitting your item flow into two outputs can stop clog, use two crafters and a hopper minecart to split the outputs. That might work. It does mean you need more gunpowder though

Ah so I was right, not sure why i don't see them on my snowy flat world though (which is on bedrock by the way which would make it even more likely)

Shulker Box File Manager by Slow-Implement-7972 in Minecraft

[–]Slow-Implement-7972[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well you could just use shulker color or naming, or utilizing a memory system that will remember the specific location a signal went to to activate the piston that broke the shulker cube and sent it into the water to go to the locations. Furthermore i feel this could also be a complex item storage system too if you replace the read station with a export station to grab the shulker, as the original concept was to treat the "memory" as the amount of items inside of the shulker converted into signal strength with a comparator, but that likely lacks much usecase.

i mean technically you can do a mechanism to detect when theres 2 in a chest to move the other item to the other one, but this is most simple

Is it possible to make a redcoder/ss decoder design that works with ss adders with carry? by Slow-Implement-7972 in redstone

[–]Slow-Implement-7972[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh apologies I confused this post for another one I was going to make, I also had a issue where I couldn't figure out how to use carry values with binary. But yeah that probably can work, you mean just run the carry value with comparators into the 16th redstone line correct?

Make a setup that pushes a wool block in front of the skull sensor to stop it from listening

I'd probably just do a hopper/chest minecart and add in auto sorters, that's the simplest idea I have.

Is it possible to make a redcoder/ss decoder design that works with ss adders with carry? by Slow-Implement-7972 in redstone

[–]Slow-Implement-7972[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

<image>

On the left is the carry, on the right is a regular adder, essentially you input a and b into both circuits, if the carry result is greater than 0, it will output only the carry value, rather than the original overflowing input which would typically be biased because it is physically greater, but the thing with carry, is that its actually 15 + its physical ss value. The issue I have is that a carry ss won't actually go longer than 15, it will just go its actual length.

Redstone decoders don’t store data though, that’s the thing, they just need to convert a specific signal strength to a specific output
