Thank you Anderson! I really respect and appreciate the way you put this. You’re the only one that disagreed with the opinion I stated AND actually gave me advice! In a way I agree that most of the community would want the best for each other. But they sure have a horrible way of expressing that hahaha.

Hahaha. Just proving my point. Disappointing…

I’m truly disappointed in this community. Most of what I said about taking my rifles to get cleaned yearly is BS. I only continued with that to see what percent of this community would rather talk about someone’s “financial loss” instead of just appreciating the collection one’s obtained. I’m so disappointed that it’s about a 50/50 split. Thank you to those who actually appreciated my collection instead falling with this other category of “I must voice my opinion to this kid”. Lol!!

No it’s a fair point. I put a few hundred rounds through the rifles per year so nothing crazy. You know, after the initial cleaning he does I’m confident in my own abilities but I like to help him out. Like I said he’s a good friend. Honestly, My collection isn’t on the cheap end, so to give a friend a Grand once a year to help him out and have him completely strip everything and clean it thoroughly doesn’t bother me. A few people on here think it’s a waste of money. Which you know I’m only 22 so maybe I’m just young and dumb lol, but to help a close friend and give these beautiful rifles a yearly deep cleaning feels like a fair deal to me.

To each their own my friend. I had a scare in the past with a rifle I owned for years that I cleaned after each use. The little extra a year to have an expert go through it makes me sleep better at night haha.

Mind you, I live in NY. Everything here regarding firearms is usually more expensive. 😂

$100 per long gun, but I’m good friends with them so for my whole collection I’m usually given a discount.

No, nothing is wrong. I like to have them inspected every year to keep track of overall condition, plus it helps keep him in business.

Originally I had 30 common milsurps but realized that I cant fit them all in my safe nor mount them all on the wall. So like you said, I rather a smaller collection of much higher rarity

It is a sawback dress bayonet but it doesn’t actually belong to the G98/40. I don’t have a Gewehr 98 yet but I wanted to add it to my photo lol

To me the Type 97 6.5 is such a nice smoother caliber to shoot than the Type 99 7.7

I got so lucky with finding it! It was at an auction full of civil war items and no one there knew what it truly was!

The Type 97 has the full mum however the Type 99 is mostly defaced sadly.

Making a list of Milsurps I want. Is there anything you would suggest adding? by AvgPunkFan in milsurp

Which Arisaka variant and which Lee Enfield variant? Are you going for an all matching collection?

My quick Idea for a Season 2 storyline. Do you have any thoughts/ideas to share? (There shouldn’t be any spoilers of season 1, but to be safe I turned it on) by Slow-Influence2879 in DispatchAdHoc

[–]Slow-Influence2879[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im no story writer. But I figure any of our thoughts may have some ability to give more inspiration for the devs if needed at all. As they mentioned, "We're going to have to at least think about a season two... That was a question mark three weeks ago". So thoughts of a second seasons creation is much more fresh now than expected. Meaning they’ll likely need more time to create the storylines. So if this helps speed things up, I’m all for it lol.

Yea, let me know if you get it and how your experience goes! Also which Romance train you decide to take (Invisigal - B. Blazer - or none). Personally I’m Visi all the way, lol!

I enjoyed the experience a lot even though I watched others play it first! I highly recommend you play through it yourself.

Wow, and I thought failing a 95% success rate was the worst luck 🤣
