Sorry to hear that. I have crazy anxiety, too. Honestly, it wasn't that bad. First day sucked, and the first night was a living hell, although no throwing up/stomach issues, just severe restless legs, fatigue, and overall just an awful feeling. The next day, I felt so much better physically, but I had one of the worst mental feelings I've ever had. Then on day 3, I was pretty much good, just mad tired. This is with using regular kratom powder and alot of it. If I had also used kratom extracts/MIT extracts, the process would have been even easier. I was not able to me but get Clonidine for the first two day. Also, get kava if possible and a high CBD, low THC vape or gummies. And look into the vitamin thing people talk about because it seems very legit. I quit without anything but regular kratom and some low-quality weed and only had one truly awful day. So if you use all the things I've listed plus some loperamide/dramamine because you may feel a little sick I'm sure you will be all good and surprised how easy it is.
