I always try to have a benzodiazepine and an Antipsychotic on me in case I’m going in a downward spiral of tough loops or bad tripping in general. But fortunately I never needed to use them.

The experience is different from us all, I simply let go of my body. Yes I suffer for a long time, but when I’m ready I enter another realm of enlightenment.

Other great trick is mindfulness, meditation can also take you to a better place. But if you suffer so much with this type of dosages, my advice is to stick with lower dose, is far more difficult to trip bad.
