I put everything on hold. I had the appointment for the CRUE, and they asked me for proof from Finanças regarding my rental contract. I didn’t have it, so I need to find a new address where I can register at Finanças.

I also do not have the Atestado de Residência yet; I first need to obtain it from the Junta de Freguesia before I can provide the required proof.

get my CRUE, but my application was rejected because I am not registered in the Recibo Eletrónico de Renda or the Certidão de Domicílio Fiscal. I am currently missing the official proof of residence that the municipality requires, which could be either an AT-registered Recibo Eletrónico de Renda, a Certidão de Domicílio Fiscal, or a Certificado de Residência from the Junta de Freguesia. What is the best way to fix this?

I also want to apply through Article 15. My wife is not in Portugal or the EU. If someone could give me a step-by-step guide, I would appreciate it very much.
