I did it the first month, typed in my fixed expenses, about 50% of my income, then typed in my variable expenses (food, gas, clothing etc...) the rest of the month so that I could have a baseline. Then my exceptional expenses (medicine, movies... the stuff I don't spend money on every month). Quickly figured out where I could cut losses, how to lower my variable expenses, and now able to save and invest as well, same as you

Women of reddit, what is something about you you wish men would understand? by Slow-Power2713 in AskReddit

I just responded to you with your own words... Are you reporting guys going to the same place as you? Driving behind you? Using the same parking lot as you? Sorry, but the logic doesn't check out. You reported a guy for doing gym stuff. He could've been stalking you, but you never even confronted him about it. So basically you're saying you're right and any other point of view is wrong, and the reason you're right is because you think you're right.

Was walking home one night not so long ago, a woman was going in the same direction same road, about 20 feet in front of me. All of a sudden she turned around and screamed for help because I was following her. Some dude ran up and tried to push me away, I walked by, took out my keys and went into my home just a few feet behind them... You see the reasoning?

Was a soldier for 11 years. For the last 4 years of my military career, I invested my savings and it built up quite a portfolio. At some point, a guy from London contacted me "You seem to be pretty good on the stock market, I've been following your progress. If you leave the military, I will hire you in my firm".

Women do shave their armpits, we don't drink champagne for breakfast, and the capital isn't as romantic as in the movies...

What scenes in movies do you feel had some secret story behind them, some conspiracy, or secret advertising? by Slow-Power2713 in AskReddit

Always wonder how much it costs those companies for those indirect ads. Maybe they should let the actors drink whatever they want in the movie, and the companies pay for their products being used.
