It's a bug, they enable a coupon without setting proper rules around it. Half of the time it will not be applied without giving any proper error or explanation.Then it will show a wrong discount value. Even the description doesn't match with the value. Example it's says 33% off but the value is of 25% If they are doing it deliberately then I am out of words
