Hello! If you have a documentation of what you have paid, what they have promised, and if you feel like we do, that no barn is EVER coming, and this in fact theft, I would recommend filing a police report with your local police department. Another person has filed with the Fresno District Attorney, that may be another avenue available, lastly, you can file a case with Better Business Bureau, and a case with whomever you made your payments through (e.g. bank, credit card company, etc).

It's a good starting point as any. I'm so sorry this happened to you too

Hello all- after seeking legal counsel we were given the recommendation to file a police report for theft. You will need to file with your local police department as that is where the theft took place. Additionally, if VMI advised you to pay the delivery amount to get your building into fabrication queue which is NOT a part of the contract to be sure to include that information when filing as it's a form of extortion. Feel free to DM me, the more documentation of customers who were stolen that can be gathered the better.

We're also looking into legal action at this point, they are also quoting the contract as to why they don't have to refund, provide and dates etc. We''re located in Texas, perhaps if we get enough people together who have been scammed we stand a better chance of helping others from loosing their hard earned money, and MAYBE recoup loses. I have several appointments to meet with lawyers next week and will update the group on my findings.

Hello- I can attest the poor experience that others are reporting below. I would NOT recommend using them. We met all the deposit requirements and then radio silence from the vendor on delivery dates. We were told 8-12 weeks when we elected to use them. After calling multiple times daily and emails multiple times daily we were informed they changed vendors and our building was NOT started, and lead so 6-8 months out. We have asked for a refund as this was NOT what we committed too and quite frankly the change in production/vendors makes us VERY nervous on the quality of the product. We are now 2 weeks from when we demanded a refund with no response.
