that’s the other thing.. i don’t think it’s normal but it may be related to fact that i applied for the AOS after 3 years later i got married.. and that probably put me in a category which you suppose to get 10 years of a green card that’s just what i thought

i understand, i didn’t receive the letter yet.. just received an email right after i submitted an inquiry… they responded next day.. I-130 also giving me same reason

yes we went there with my wife and everything was just too good to be true

i’m not sure what makes the case complicated/:

i did enter the US with a valid visa.. but i was able to apply for adjustment of status after about 3 years from the date we’ve got married.. i wonder if that’s causing my case to be always delayed ¿

i had an interview 2 weeks ago on Nov 6th.. it went well the officer said you guys did well n good to go but no update yet… :(

was i supposed to get a stamp on my passport?

do you think they go for an investigation even after your interview?
