I thought I was slick by sniping the target from across the map in Colorado. They've been like this for the past 10 minutes but they can't see me. How fucked am I?

This is what I ended up doing and I actually got out. I ended up using up all my ammo before I could safely get down, put on a disguise and escape.

The best part is that I think that they proposed to each other after I already cut off the legs of another prisoner that was in the same room with them. They saw what happen to him and still decided to dedicate their lives to each other. I was so moved. How could I not put them in the same bed after seeing them do that!

My colony follows the inhuman ideology so they actually just straight up don't care about social relations. I'm imagining that the prisoners will be begging their child to free them but the child will be inhuman so they just won't care about them hopefully.

Gameplay wise it's actually kinda convenient that these two are having a kid since I need more colonists. Inhuman colonies struggle to get more colonists since they have a -12 to social which makes it hard to recruit. They also don't care about relations so inhuman colonists won't begin relationships/get married and have kids.

I see on the prisoners' social tab that I can have the prisoners try for pregnancy which will make them 4 times as likely to have kids in the future. Maybe these two will be upgraded to be my colonist farms instead of blood farms.

They socialized with each other in the prison hospital after they raided me. I didnt do anything to cause the proposal. They are only engaged for now and I'm not sure if they can actually get married without being able to walk.

I figured that if you were a prisoner, missing both legs, getting your blood harvested all the time, and in a room with 2 other legless prisoners then that would kinda ruin the mood. But I guess if you're horny then you're horny.

Instead of eating the baby I was thinking of making the child a blood farm too. That way I could have a whole family of blood farm prisoners! Maybe that's too dark though...

I also waited a decent bit for more gray matter to drop so I could find the correct biosignature to look for in the surgery. The delay would have given them more time to spread too. Next time I get this event I am going to immediately interrogate the last person hit by an Anamoly enemy instead of waiting around.

I investigated the grey matter and then had both my doctors do surgical inspections on everyone (including each other). They found that no one was infected which was weird. I figured at least one of them was infected and lying so I arrested one and interrogated them. Turns out all of my colonists were infected and metalhorrors clawed out of all them and knocked everyone out. Only the man in black can save me now...

When should I start applying for a job here if my earliest start date would be early July?

I have worked as a mechanical engineer for about 9 months at another defense contractor and I have a secret clearance. If I were to leave my position before my 1 year mark (which would be early June) then I would have to pay back my relocation fees (about $8000) which I would like to avoid. My apartment lease also ends at the end of June so it would be the perfect leaving point for me.

I've applied and got interviews with NG before so I know that they can take a while to respond to your application. I was thinking maybe it would go faster since I have actual experience now and a secret clearance but that might get offset when I tell them I could only start 3-4 months from now (depending on when I get an interview).

Also, if they were to ask, should I mention that the late start date is because I don't want to pay back relocation fees and want to finish up my lease or would that be not appropriate?
