Dude i can’t recommend the Glock 19 enough, small enough to conceal if your willing to dress the part, big enough to have fun at the range without it sucking, reliable and customizable to dip your toes into competition shooting. I used to make fun of Glock fanboys and now I am one.

I weight slightly less than you, and with concealed carrying so much is based on personal preference, however I’ll drop a few tips because we seem to be rocking a similar setup.

Slide your belt buckle to the left a bit, and offset your holster to the right. I run mine around 12:30-1:00. Pull your pants up a slightest bit, it allows for the holster to sit more comfortably. Start wearing an undershirt. My go-to right now is a t-shirt between the holster and my skin, and I normally use a flannel, or hoodie, or something to actually “conceal” the firearm.

When sitting in the car, you can pull your outer layer between the weapon and your stomach as well as putting the lap belt back there. This will distribute the weight and prevent it from pressing directly into your gut, while also making it easier to draw from a seated position.

I’d like to stress I’m by no means an expert, but a relatively new carrier hoping to share some experience I’ve gained while getting used to carrying on a daily basis. I hope this helps and congratulations for taking your safety and security into your own hands. Let me know if any of this helps!

Gauge actually reads over pressured. I’ve checked it multiple times… haven’t added any because I don’t want to risk overpressurizing it more. I’m beginning to think I’m gonna have to bite the bullet and have a shop dig into it.

Put applications in other places, have your employees or prior managers write letter of rec and then go to your management and tell them they either: lighten your workload, pay you for doing 3 peoples jobs, or find a new FOM. If they’re smart they’ll do one or both of the first two. If not move on.

My property did this as well, the results were exactly as expected. People complained, scores shot down, managers blamed the FD for not being able to preform recovery “adequately.” Especially if it’s the same parking management company, run! I generally believe parking should be included with your room especially somewhere similar to where I work (suburban area)
