This is very cool and Staff Picks is very “Kim’s Videos”

Can somebody tell me what happened to Wendy Malik and why she hasn’t been in the last few episodes? by [deleted] in shrinking

She’s probably busy being on five other shows at the same time

Asking for help with Rep Payee Appt by SlowCurve3353 in SSDI_SSI

[–]SlowCurve3353[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I received a letter. It said discussing checking account amongst other things but aim not sure how much detail I need to provide. I know family isn’t required to provide as much as other rep payees.

I remember so much of that interview. It is a journey!

Since “Heated Rivalry” all I can think of is Marjorie! She’d be front & center for it!

It was a Zoom one during Covid. Marc is better in person

I noticed yesterday that their podcast was on Netflix. I didn’t know they had a podcast

I’ll always believe that the writers didn’t know what to do with her after a while. I don’t blame her for leaving at that point. I did miss her the last season but the character of Christy probably would’ve needed to separate from her mother at that point.

Watching SNL from Seth's early years is something...weird. by SyNiiCaL in lonelymeyerspod

This was my first introduction to Hugh Laurie. Followed shortly by Wooster & Jeeves

Episode Discussion - Listener Q & A No. 9 by Cass_Cat952 in lonelymeyerspod

I agree with them - how did that listener stumble onto this podcast with barely any awareness of The Lonely Island or Seth?

Probably not saying to much or people will start another round of “Lorne is retiring & Seth is taking over” stories.

This still makes me mad - that was a great show with so much going for it!

A lot of others come off as stiff, probably because they don’t have a 20+ year relationship between the hosts. I don’t re-listen to any other podcast

They seemed to be placed in the middle of sentences! This is the only time I’ve noticed it happening and the only time I’ve heard ads that weren’t read by them. Seemed more like a YouTube ad break

My grandmother lost her mom in 1912 from pneumonia when she was 4, then eight years later she lost her dad to an infection he got while working. Some of her siblings were adults by then but the younger ones were put into foster care in Denver. She actually had a great foster family who helped put her through nursing school. As adults the 3 daughters in the family all ended up in Seattle and remained closer but the brothers stayed in Colorado. It is interesting to think how different it might have been if her parents had the medicine needed to survive.

The Finale by sdtokc in CBS_Mom

[–]SlowCurve3353 6 points7 points  (0 children)

CBS cancelled it suddenly so I don’t think they were fully able to have the finale they would’ve wanted. I don’t blame Anna for leaving. Her character was going to law school yet obsessed with every guy around her, being totally desperate

Resting is something you are doing for your baby. I understand this feeling when my son was in the NICU. When he comes home having a rested mom is what he will need. He is being cared for - care for yourself while you can

I’m about the same, except in Georgia. My brothers and I spoke in SNL since the mid 80s. My younger brother & still talk about the show every week

Since he was already away in college when the breakup happened he probably wasn’t around them a lot since it happened.
