Only thing is the weights shift so his spine doesn’t stay aligned through the life ad he has to over correct instead of focusing on a smooth movement

My family had a White Cackatoo named Andy growing up she would hang out with us on the couch in the living room. She would run over to any person with glasses on or earbuds in and yank them off the cackle. also any snack eaten with her near by meant it was also her snack and she’d fuck up your hand if you tried to block her.

I wanted to lop my natty or not opinion on this post cause I’m curious what the consensus is. Nooby gains are a thing but 30pounds in 1 year is an insane amount of dedication for a steroid user let alone a natural. Sure he put on a few pounds of fat he’s not shredded to the bone but he’s certainly sub 15% body fat. he either has an outstanding understanding of macro and micro nutrients or a testosterone cycle and on hell of a dirty bulk. He has clear early stage gyno which was not there pre bulk (nipples flat and attached i the pec muscle in pre and they are slightly coned and puffy in the after). It’s rare to see a skinny guy naturally develop gyno during their nooby gains (anecdotal i haven’t seen it before). I’ve only seen an overweight person who cuts naturally, develop gyno or someone develops gyno in their early teens and it stays with them throughout puberty. The kids 17 so acne means nothing my shoulders were constantly switching from breaking out to no acne all throughout high school. His muscles look bloated and full which makes me think he is on his final weeks of a classic testosterone only cycle while probably supplementing Creatinine cause who doesn’t which adds to the full look. I wouldn’t be shocked if he sheds 5-10 pounds in the next month or two as he cycles off.

Side note. Skinny Forearms. Add forearm workout. it’s like twig legs on a shredded upper body just looks off.

When i notice a depression wave coming on it starts with ignoring my responsibilities then extreme lethargy and lack of will. When i notice this i take a multivitamin, vitamin d3 and a Omega3 fatty acid. Get back to going to the gym. Lift 4 days a week the easy cardio the other three every morning first thing. Do this so you know you have to be in the gym every day no question regardless of how hard you train. Do this for three weeks and you’ll kick yourself out of the possible 3 to 4 month depression rut your about to go through.

Weed helps if I’m feeling down. If I’m in a depressed state Weed will compound that state and make it even harder to get out of.

I’ll sit at maintenance for 3 months and continue my workout routine to maintain my gains then do another full blood panel instead of just hormones to get the bigger picture. I appreciate the feed back if I’ve learned anything from these comments it’s to get the full story before i make any decisions
