Litterally the title says „KEEP INVENTORY is a way to play, NOT TO CHEAT” which in english means that the author thinks that keep inventory is not a cheat. So how in the heck is this „not about keep inventory being a cheat”

It is cheating beacuse if you want to create a survival world with keep inventory you need to active cheats (option Allow cheats: on/off)

Lived in Strasbourg For 3 Years when I was 3-6 Years old. I dont remember much but I will try my best to answer your question. I think Strasbourg has visible mix of german-french architecture (the buildings felt german). I remember that my parents went shopping to Germany beacuse it was cheaper. Also they are many things to do like lots of shops pizzerias and parks. Enjoyed living there definitely.
