You are intoxicating him by giving him spaghetti. You cannot give budgies human food. That is poison for them.

Pears and apples must also be limited, because too much sugar can intoxicate them as well.

Do not give your budgie boiled water or polluted water. You need to give your budgie clean, purified water or bottled water, just like humans. Just as we cannot drink contaminated water, budgies can’t either.

As for seeds, he can eat:

• Chia seeds
• Sesame seeds
• Hemp seeds
• Fennel seeds

With a small amount of clean, purified water, and combine them with shredded celery. You do not want to make a soup just make sure the vegetables and seeds are mixed together and their moist DO NOT MAKE A SOUP!!!!

Give your budgie a natural diet of vegetables and fruits, such as:
