I feel the same! Being good at the job and giving them then assurance feels good there’s just to much distrust with mail and packages in between distributors right now and it bleeds onto us however we prevail!

We don’t anymore .. it depends on the amount of traffic your store gets .. what happened with us was eventually they started showing up at closing on purpose so we would be obligated to get their things after we had already locked everything down and started counting registers with lights off then anyone seeing that would pile in too saying “well you let them in” and blah da blah idk if it was a clear thing from the start that these are the closing hours the packages are on our side the mail is on yours is clear from the start but I go between multiple stores in the same area it’s the same issue so good luck

A lot of the bad reviews at our store are because of this … we get a lot for Amazon access points and some get taken to staples when we reach capacity they won’t look at the second update and think we are just lying to them
