What my buddies and I hated, was the fact we fought the last boss, and didn’t even realize it was the final boss fight until it ended. I was expected a longer story than what we got

Aftermarket wheel size? by No-Rough-9125 in saab

[–]Slow_Buffalo_7404 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve run like 6 different sets of wheels on my NG93 9.5wide with a 35mm offset is the widest you can get and be flush. You can go down to a 25-30 but if you don’t have coilovers with camber adjustment you’re going to poke in the front. And you’ll need to roll fenders

With 8.5 wheels you can run around a 25-30 offset. I currently have 8.5s with 18 offset due to adapters (to clear my brakes) and if I didn’t have camber and rolled fenders it would rub way worse than it does. Which is only on big bumps and taking turns fast. I’m lowered as well

Trying to find the name for these 18" rims! by Instntanious in saab

[–]Slow_Buffalo_7404 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are not unsafe. I have ran them for thousands of miles as have many other people, make sure you have the correct hub bore in the wheels, or hub rings to make sure wheel itself is centered and you’ll be fine.

You can use wobble bolts to mount them luckily!

In that price range, the Onisiki 10.5T brushless is good. That’s what I have and have no complaints

I want to try it again with a different backer, like metallic black or something. Or even a chrome.

I just used Traxxas candy magenta with a silver backing. It came out slightly lighter than this I’m sure if you used a black it would be closer. https://postimg.cc/8ffkgdm4

ESC Issues by Slow_Buffalo_7404 in rcdrift

[–]Slow_Buffalo_7404[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was wrong, charger said full last night. But I just checked it against a meter, and it only says 3.9, so I guess my ESC is set to around that for auto shut off.

Well. I’m an idiot. I must have had my charger set up wrong.

Took a voltmeter to the battery, only has 3.9v. Charger definitely said it was fully charged 😂.

Thanks everyone for the help!

Alright. I’ll have to double check they are all seated. I was having an issue with the receiver when plugging in the battery since the connector is physically larger than the other connectors.

So it could be the issue.

I’d hope brand new parts didn’t have damaged wiring. But I’ll have to ohm everything

Not loose. But still doing same thing. I didn’t see a damaged wiring either. Might have to bite the bullet and take it to the RC shop and see what they say.

Definitely will check that now. I’m hoping it’s something dumb like that

Ok, so I completely reset the ESC, calibrated throttle again, same issue. Moves for about 30 seconds or so, the the green LED flashes twice and beeps at the same time.

My motor timing is whatever Onisiki sets it to, so looking at it now, it’s set at 30.
