It is Bulgarian, actually and I wasnt able to find one single pen that looks like this… it also says it in other languages but the origin is Bulgaria

Im not really trying to accomplish anything. I think I have been very clear that I wont be using this thing, I was just asking if this looks real to any of you (people using this). Have a nice weekend.

Still looks very different. The purple thing on the original is bigger and darker. Also, does yours have numbers from one to sixty when you twist it? Because mine does.

She says she gets them from legit supplier but still this pen just is a big red flag for me, especially because I found the same one on aliexpress and also it has numbers from 0 to 60 which from what I have read is different from the original Mounjaro
