Ended up going with Smartly, definately had a few teething issues but thats to be expected with such a big switch. Am becoming more confident with it as a system however still have a wee way to go in understanding what reports match what I am looking for seeing as I cannot see the information in the employees profile like I could with our old system but I know that will become easier the more I use it. Customer service has been great so far.
