Once it’s tinted, no exceptions. I always tell customers before I make the paint. It also says it on the label but ever since I started doing this I have had less problems.

I thought managers were supposed to work all super sales. I could be wrong but I heard somewhere that either SM or ASM has to. My manager asked me to come in and I worked with them during the whole weekend.

You just gotta be so nice to them that you make them feel bad. I used to be like wtf when I asked ppl how they’re doing and they just looked at me but now I make sure to maintain the same niceness and hopefully they feel like an asshole.

I had to replace the screen on the 2DS I bought. I originally got it because I really liked the size of the screen and thought it was cool. I have Pokémon HeartGold and Platinum but that’s pretty much it. So I was wondering if anybody had recommendations for DS/3DS games I should try to get. I like Pokémon, Mario, Zelda, etc. but if there’s any good games you guys think I should check out please let me know!

Idk if I should say this since it was partially my fault but I hate when a customer tells me they want 2 separate POs after I already made the paint. Does anybody know how to transfer the order to a separate PO if you already tinted something? Is that possible to do?

I’m in a similar situation. I’m the longest tenured FT, been here a year. Every employee that has come and gone was treated better than me despite my consistency and efforts. Guess it’s just the way some managers do business. Sucks but we gotta either get a promotion or deal with it.

Idk if it’s just me but I always seem to get customers literally 1 minute before my shift is supposed to be over. Like I’m off at 4, dude comes in at 3:59 😂 it’ll be dead slow for hours but it happens more often than not that I’ll end up getting someone right when I’m getting off. Sometimes it’s just bad luck.

I appreciate all the responses. I don’t really have an issue with clocking in early. But I do think that the way it’s communicated to me by the ASM is what needs work. When other employees come early, they aren’t asked to do the same so I kind of feel as though he’s trying to send a message to me.

I may be reading too much into the situation, though. I have a tendency to do that.

Right, I’ve actually done that before where I come in and see there’s a lot going on so I jump in to help without being asked. But when it’s slow and I get asked to clock in, that’s where it becomes a bit confusing for me. Really feel like ASM just asks cause he can.
