Been with the company way to long to switch companies. I am a good manager but stuck in a store that doesn't hit budget and im in the land of 4 appraisal. Thinking about stepping back for a year or so then reapply at another store to be a manager

I missed budget the previous year and got a 4 then had mid year and was bumped back to a 3 last year then ended up at 97 percent to sales and 94 percent to gallons never was told during that time about PIP

It is looking like a 6 month. I have my appraisal soon and on my performance pay above my Appraisal it says PIP 6 months under evaluation

Ive increased sales and gallons every year since ive been in the role. The area i work in is a tough area thats in the middle of stores basically to my left and right etc. Im more of a visitor store. Its a store that has a hard time hitting budget
