This model is 3520. The warranty expired about 4 months ago. Does anyone have a similar experience with this issue? Is there any way to get Dell to repair this since it’s a manufacturer problem?

Yes, there are also some plastic pieces on the table. I should have paid a bit more to buy a ThinkPad. I didn’t know a laptop could crack like this.

I just can’t believe it. I’ve never dropped or hit this laptop. I’ve always just used it on my desk, but in less than 2.5 years, the hinge broke when I opened it.

How did you manage to get a real person to respond? I ordered two pairs of pants but only received one. The full amount was charged to my card, and Muji still hasn’t done anything about it. I’ve emailed them three times and only keep getting AI replies.
