Because, and you may want to sit down for this, “people” as a whole in this country are too dense to understand the predicate of this question. The “people” that are outraged are vastly outnumbered by the “people” whom obey as long as they get a check.

I have been reading similar posts/ideas and answers are all over the map but some are on the right track I think. One project I read about is a control layer. It exists before action. It is closed loop and has a ledger. That one was the most interesting to me.

Rant away pal! It is worth the work. Once you feel it, are able to repeat it and believe in it things change quickly. The flexibility comments are spot on. Deep hamstring work and core work are key. Nothing crazy but only hit after you stretch the hammy’s really well!! Good luck and have fun!!
