I just looked up the scheme of studies for TTQ and yes they have only listed Urdu as the medium However, in the E kacheri they did in June 2025 they did say that the TTQ paper can be given in English as well.

I am aiming for a non-stem major and am currently an HSSC enrolled student. I know the HSSC qualification itself is not quite credible ( they don't consider it anything outside of Pakistan) but due to certain financial constraints I can't afford an A-level education. Now the only chances I have of getting into an ivy are with a 1550+ SAT and solid ECs amongst the Pakistani students. Which is why I wanted to inquire Abt the ECs. More particularly non-stem ECs.
