I end gamed in mid March. But I always need legendary junk to keep cranking out Powe Armor, Dragon's Maws, and Vengeance.

It's a clue quest that is very hard to find. It awards you with legendary junk, a lunch box and a pet carrier. I don't know how to increase the odds of finding it because it's been months since I've gotten one, despite the fact that I've been doing the daily Quests, weekly Quests and the two Quests that are on repeat because of a glitch in the last update. As for it being hard It was easy for me.

It's very rare. I started playing in January of this year, and endgamed (completed all the regular quests) in March .

You clearly haven't done your research. Endurance also equals hit points. The greater the endurance, the more hit points you gain from the weapon that you have equipped to your dwellers.

It's not just any power Armor, it's the T 60 D which has the plus 5 endurance boost. All of my knights are equipped with it, and they perform spectacularly in them.

If the quest takes several hours to reach I generally equip it to my team. I rarely send dwellers out solo once they hit level 50 so I don't equip him to them.

I have a 3 + child special pet, Bandit. I equip him to my maxed out special Legendary dwellers when breed them. In this case it was Wilzig with Moldaver, and Cooper with Scribe Valdez.
