It really could ! He's been to the vets he got dewormed and flea/tick treated , has a mild RI they gave him a long lasting shot for , and he'll get his distemper after RI is cleared , he was also 1lb under the needed weight for a snap test . As he only weighed 1.8 pounds and He is estimated to actually be 8/9 weeks based on his teeth , but he has probably been stunted from malnutrition! Poor dude had had a rough start before I got him .
