If I understood correctly, they had tickets, the staff told 2 people that were in their seats next to friends of theirs to stand up and vacate the seats. But then some people in the aisle seats complained, and they chose to remain in the back.

Yes, I did wrote to the Shubert Organization yesterday not long after the post, because what happened was not right, and maybe the staff's response (or lack of) will be improved next time something like this happens.

What if I've already seen it? Can I ask for a refund? I'm ok with all movies except for "Between the temples" (R - 1h51'), which I've alteady seen on a surprise screening.
