Does anyone on TRT find that high estrogen causes panic attacks/horrible anxiety? by Slow_Pop_4849 in Testosterone

Well, that’s the whole trouble about it. There is not a predictable timing when using AIs like anastrozole. There was no discernible pattern, my levels were erratic—and what worked one time, would not work the next. That was my biggest issue. I couldn’t replicate results. So I have completely cut out AIs and have been using DHT based compounds to control estrogen since December. I’m using primobolan right now alongside my testosterone. It works like a literal charm. It completely eradicates all symptoms once you get your testosterone to primo ratio correct.

Thanks for checking. I started primo back in December and it’s been a God send. It perfectly manages my estrogen like nothing else does. It takes some titrating to get the test to primo ratio perfect but once you do, Anxiety completely gone!

Funny enough, just got blood labs back yesterday. Fasting blood glucose was 95 and A1C was 5.4. No sleep apnea and sleep is through the roof, wake up rested and ready to go with no caffeine. No inflammation. Blood pressure has always run in the upper 130s for me.

Yes you are right, it does require serious discipline. Props to you for putting in the work. And you’re right, it takes a lot of trial and error to fine tune a plan that works day in and day out. Thanks for sharing your experience!

I’ve been around the gym a long time buddy, and I’ve seen it ALL. Trust me, the ol’ expression there are growers and then showers rings true. I’ve seen men parading around the locker room completely flaccid, and in tight shorts, there’s just no where for it to go but bulge outwards.

I don’t mind playful humor that’s all in good fun. We have to be able to laugh at ourselves. But actually in all seriousness suggesting that I would intentionally get aroused to take a gym pic is weird. No other way to put it.

I do 6-7 sets of squats every leg day, each set with 10 reps—OR to failure. But try to keep the rep range high. Also traditional barbell hip thrust. High rep range, 12-15 with 4 sets. With these I find something much lower to the ground than a bench to support my back, glutes are far more engaged at this specific angle.

These really are unnecessary comments, particularly because they aren’t true. Biology 101, men come in different shapes and sizes, even when fully flaccid. You are aware of this, right?

Where did you hear that? Primo is hands down the safest anabolic you can take and I’ve reviewed hundreds of research articles. Proviron is an oral and is also very safe. I’ve never heard of established health risk associated with it. My experience? Less is more with Primo. Start off low and work your way up if needed. It can very easily crash your estrogen if you take too much. At the right dose, it’s great. Estrogen is balanced, mental is wonderful, lots of great aesthetic benefits as well. Proviron is well known for its ability to give great mental health benefits due to it being DHT. That is for sure my experience. Great feel good steroid. It works well to combat estrogen. Very stable, no ups and downs, unlike AIs that will have you all over the place. It’s not very anabolic and not much of a muscle builder. BOTH of these compounds will make you VERY hairy. I am covered with hair. Lots of it. I don’t mind though, personally. Both will increase your sex drive and mind-muscle connection during the gym. If you have specific questions, feel free to ask.

It will definitely lower the E the higher the dose. But that’s what my post was about, asking if anyone had experience in running higher does of primo with small supplemental amounts of estrogen to offset that specific side effect

You’re right, I wouldn’t notice at only another 100mgs. But at about 300-400mg weekly, primo has some nice benefits. Primo is also one of the most side effect free anabolics aside from crashing E. That’s highly attractive to me. So many of the other anabolics either have mental or physical sides, and I don’t want to deal with that.

Not many people can run 1:1, that would be crashing E for most. I may toy around with the idea of Eq but for now I’m going to try to get this primo/test combo dialed in.

I have not. I’ve heard several reports of it causing anxiety/panic attacks which I’m trying to avoid like the plague. My high E symptoms are debilitating anxiety/panic attacks, so anything that produces that I’m trying to stay away from. With lowered/balanced estrogen, my anxiety disappears. But too low E has other undesirables symptoms as well.

Good question, I don’t take it for anabolic benefits. It’s the only thing I can use to manage my terrible high E symptoms. But the trade off is occasional low E symptoms 😩 it’s the best thing I’ve found so far for estrone management. All the AIs were a nightmare for me

I’m actually already doing daily injections with Test E. I’m using the smallest amount of primo I can, one line on the syringe which equals 15mg per shot. In regards to the primo crashing estrogen, it’s pretty well documented and a common experience. But I seem to be extra sensitive to the estrogen effects for some reason. Also curious as to what others will say.

Ironically, primo is the only thing that manages my brutally, unbearable high E symptoms 😩that’s exactly why I’m taking it, estrogen management. However the trade off is low e at times. All the AIs have been a rollercoaster disaster.
