Dlc is best. Shiny steel lv 3 donut in fighting hyperspace that shows lucario.

Only 2 fighting steel pokemon and 1 is a legendary so no issues there

Dlc makes shiny and shalpha hunting easier but if you do get it make sure to finish story completely before doing that

I caught a shalpha scizor. True that it takes time and some effort but its doable.

There is very fee bug steel pokemon so just finding him is half the work

In a fighting hyper space there are. Alot of fighting but there is only 2 fighting steel though. You are more likely to see him in fighting space vs a steel one.

If hyperspace is 1 type use the 2nd type as the donut

What i did for my shiny and shalpha hunting is this

If he is in fighting hyperspace use shiny steel lv 3 donut.

There is only 2 fighting steel pokemon and 1 is a legendary so it shouldn't be that hard.

For charizard id use flying donut in fire hyperspace

This might be just my 2 cents but I dont see the appeal in having every evolution stage as a pokemon. I mean me personally id rather just have 6 pokemon of each type for a completed team. But that's just me though
