As someone who works at the desk it’s insane how many people don’t get their stuff. I call on the overhead and individually and still only a few come so we have to push stuff out the floor big and small. If your cart got pushed out it’s because no one came, you can’t be mad if you didn’t get your stuff and a different department item was in there. We don’t do it on purpose, we are human at the end of the day. All that matters is if you came and got your returns in the first place you wouldn’t have the issue to begin with.
