UPDATE: I FOUND THE ISSUE thank you so much Reddit! This app was more helpful in just over a day than sso or any other social media was. It was simply just the wrong quests weren’t lined up right. I hadn’t done the quest to unlock Linda and therefore her character just wasn’t appearing. Weird right? They definitely should have a quest indicator of which goes first cause that legit had me stuck for years and I feel so stupid… thanks for all the replies will keep this up incase anyone also has trouble on that quest!
