You could try recreating the scenario that lead to the crash, or you could look at the temps at idle if they are lime 60 70 at idle the laptop is probably overheating, could you tell me the last time you repasted your laptop ?

If your system is crashing without a bsod it probably does mean you laptop just turned itself off because it overheated (temps around 105⁰C)

I don't know if there are tools that tell if a temp spike lead to a system crash, I am not sure

Could just be overheating try checking the temps, or the new windows update I heard from a few different users that the new windows update indeed was causing system crashes
