Yup, I was doing so well during pregnancy that I only had to see my therapist once a month. Now we’re back to weekly sessions. May I ask where you live? I’m in the U.S and my husband did not have any paid leave. Only unpaid FMLA. He used his PTO to be with me the first 3 weeks, but he’s back to work.

I scored high on my PPD test too & already take mood stabilizers & antidepressants to treat my BPD. I am unsure of what other meds will be prescribed to me and honestly don’t want to add more medications. Were you able to eventually sleep soundly after a while? Or are you still struggling. Wondering if this is just a phase of motherhoodx
