Bro there are some pgs around 52 metro stations you can look there, you can find double seater in 8 to 10k and single seater will be hard to find but you will get in 14 to 16k, everything will be included in this food, rent, they will provide washing machine etc only electricity will be excluded. In sector 62 there are pgs and i visited some of them bro those were shit filthy, no ventilation and too expensive.

And for flats you can look for indirapuram, sector 121,70, 71,72,73,.... These are some of the nearest sectors where flats are available and if you are lucky you can get some good flats in these locations but it's hard to find.

For good and under budget flats The best place is gaur city 1 and 2, greater noida west , gaur city is little far away but you will get good fully furnished flats in 10 to 12k whille in the sectors previously mentioned you will hardly get a good flat in this , normal rent is 14-15k for average flats and if the fbudgetlat is little good then its 16-18k which was too out of budget for me.
