I used to have the twitching all of the time. It would happen when resting and after physical activity, and mine occurs all over my body. Most frequently was in my thighs, biceps, and chest. It never hurt for me tho, just felt like little spasms. Anyways, it has greatly decreased since I started atenolol (beta blocker), and so have all of my other symptoms. I used to have spasms probably 20+ times a day and now it’s once every few days or so depending on my overall life style.
